Using PageDrop
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use PageDrop lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content, offers, prices, availability, and policies shown on your page.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give PageDrop permission to host, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights needed to publish it.
Prohibited use
- Illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content or activity.
- Malware, unauthorized access attempts, scraping that disrupts the service, or interference with other users.
- Products, services, or payment requests prohibited by applicable law or the payment provider’s rules.
- Misrepresenting identity, affiliation, results, or the nature of an offer.
Plans, fees, and billing
Current plan features and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payment-provider processing fees may apply separately from PageDrop platform fees.
Creator sales and bookings
Creators are responsible for fulfilling their products, services, appointments, and representations to customers. Creators set their own cancellation and refund terms and must communicate and apply them lawfully. PageDrop provides tools that support transactions but is not the creator or supplier of those offers.
Availability and account action
We work to keep PageDrop available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may limit or suspend use that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates legal or security risk. You may delete your account from Billing & account.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PageDrop is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Email questions to info@page-drop.com.
